Here is Everythig You Need to Know About Win32 Priority Separation

Here you will find out:

  • how to use Win32 Priority Separation
  • how DiskInternals Partition Recovery can help you

Are you ready? Let's read!

About This Feature

Windows 10/11 Win32 Prioritized Prioritization lets you specify a strategy to optimize CPU usage. That is, this option assigns priority values to all running services, and also allocates the maximum amount of memory for tasks marked as high priority. In this case, all background tasks are marked as low priority.

Microsoft Windows has configured Win32 split priority by default, however, you can change your settings to suit your preferences.

How to Use it

1. Protect Your Data!

DiskInternals Partition Recovery can be a great help if you need to protect your data. Here, not only can the recovery mode be installed and used, but also the mode of reading inaccessible files - you can safely open any protected folder and get acquainted with its contents.

You can also lose data as a result of other circumstances: system errors, virus attacks, bad sectors, etc - and you can recover any damaged information using deep scan mode. In addition, you can use the free emergency disk imaging feature anytime. Thoughtful to the smallest detail, the Recovery Wizard will show you all the available functions of the program and will help you save files if necessary.

You can use a free trial version of the program - if you do not need to save the files found, this version will be enough. Once the scan is complete, you will be able to see the data search and recovery results for free. Then, based on your own conclusions, you will decide whether you should buy a license or not.

If you purchase a licensed version of the application, you will have the opportunity to use the application forever. Plus, the company will provide you with a unique bonus - technical support for a year after purchasing a license.

  1. 2. The Repair Disk Wizard will start automatically in the Welcome window.
  1. 3. Select the required disk or partition, then select the recovery mode: read, fast recovery (Uneraser) or full recovery (recommended when recovering long-lost data).

So, to allocate more memory for programs using Win32 Priority Separation, make the following changes in the registry:

Enter regedit in the search box. Choose the one that works best for you and click Yes to open the Registry Editor.

Next, navigate to the following path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\PriorityControl, then right-click the Win32PrioritySeparation and select the Modify option. Then click Change DWORD (32-bit) value and select hexadecimal format and change the value to 26 or Decimal format, then change the value to 38. Save changes, exit the registry and restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
