1. Turn on Wireless Connections

2. Adjust Power Settings

  • Press Windows Key + R and enter devmgmt.msc
  • On the Device Manager page, expand Network adapters and right-click on your wireless network adapter
  • Go to Properties and change the power settings.

3. Update Your Network Adapter/Driver

Sometimes, most errors you encounter on a Windows computer are caused by outdated drivers. Thus, once the drivers are updated, the error could stop coming up. In this case, you need to update your network driver following the steps below:

  • Open Device Manager and expand Network Adapters
  • Right-click on your wireless network adapter and select “Update driver.”
